Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: diabetic retinopathy exclusions criteria:previous retinal photocoagulation; preretinal or vitreous hemorrhage; significant media opacity; iris neovascularization; previous inetra ocular or retinal surgery; glaucoma; clinically significant macular edema at the time of treatment; asymmetrical involvement; mild and moderate diabetic retinopathy

MeasureTime frame
Laser efficacy. Timepoint: 6 months. Method of measurement: clinical examination and retinal angiogeraphy.;Pain intensity. Timepoint: during laser. Method of measurement: visual analog scale.

Secondary

Central macular thickness. Timepoint: 4 months. Method of measurement: macular OCT.;Best corrected visual acuity. Timepoint: 6 month. Method of measurement: ETDRS chart.
