40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: reading and signing the informed consent, age between 40-70 years, mild and moderate OA, Exclusion criteria: OA in the other joins of the lower limb, secondary OA, other systemic diseases lick arthritis, any strain or sprain that affect the individual function (except primary OA), Not participating regularly in therapy sessions or unwillingness to continue to be in the study in follow up session, any increase of signs (probable dermatological allergy to APS)

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Signs and symptoms. Timepoint: Every 2 weeks, for 4 sessions. Method of measurement: Clinical evaluation, measuring with tape. chronometer, goniometer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Thigh muscles volume. Timepoint: Every 2 weeks, for 4 sessions. Method of measurement: measuring with tape.;Total dose of medicine. Timepoint: Every 2 weeks, for 4 sessions. Method of measurement: Asking and weighing total dose.
