Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: oral and maxillofacial surgery patients undergoing open surgery champy fixation technique for mandible fracture treatment; age 50-18 years old; no systemic problems; not having surgery on other organs. Exclusion criteria: any history of drug allergy to acetaminophen, ketorolac or morphine, alcohol; patients with a history of drug abuse; mental disorder patients; surgery took more than 2 hours; patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO inhibitors); patients who need more pain killer; history of chronic pain; psychopathic patients; surgery on other parts of the head and face and jaws and any change in the listed protocols.
