Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion: Grade 3 and 4 hemorrhoids which need surgery based on physician diagnosis exclusion: Serious cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, anal fissure, fistula, abscess, unbearable side effects, inappropriate use or no use of the ointment
