Injection of 1ml (40mg) of methylprednisolon acetate +1ml of lidocain 2% in cervical tender points.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: History of headache more than 3 months, history of unsuccessful medication at least for one month, normal neurological examination, if brain MRI or CT_SCAN is necessary it should be normal, cooperation until the end of treatment. Exclusion criteria: history of seizure

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Relief and improvement of headache. Timepoint: Before injection and 3days,1month and 3months after injection. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Headache releif maintenance duration. Timepoint: Before injection and 3days,1month and 3months after injection. Method of measurement: Severity of headach based on VAS and frequency and duration of headache in questionnaire.
