Intervention 1: Intervention group: Melfade cream , 1 time/day on the lesion. Intervention 2: Control group: hidroqinone cream 2%, one time/day on the lesion.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: woman with physician diagnosed melasma. Exclusion criteria: history of the consumption of steroid, Melfade and hydroqinone drugs in recent 30 days, pregnancy, lactation, present history of OCP drug consumption.
