The drug group will receive local honey gel 25% on cesarean incision, twice daily for two weeks
The placebo group will recieve similar gell with drug group without base of honey on cesarean incision, twice daily for two weeks.
The control group will recieve no intervention exept routin care.

17 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age between 17-35 years; education level at least 5th class of primary school; Gestational age between 37-42 weeks; para=2; cesarean for first time; lower transverse abdominal incision; Rupture of membrane lower than 12 hours; informed consent Inclusion criteria: Smoking or opium consumption; history of disease which disturbing wound healing such as systemic chronic and immune system diseases; consumption of drugs with affect wound healing like corticosteroids, anticoagulants, immunosuppressant, chemotherapy; Obstetric complications include eclampsia, pre-eclampsia, placenta previa, corioamnionitis, meconium; Cesarean with myomectomy or hysterectomy; Birth weight lower than 2005 and upper than 4500 gram
