Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: Neonates with more than 1200 g weight who have HMD. Exclusion: Neonate with Asphyxia, CHD, abnormal feature (chromosomal abnormality), renal electrolyte disorders and diaphragmatic hernia
