Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Admission to Roozbeh Hospital, Diagnosis of DSM-IV bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, Age: 18-65, Residing in the catchment area of the hospital, Giving written informed consent Exclusion criteria: Major organic condition, Mental retardation
