Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Presence of STEMI & no contraindication for thrombolytic therapy Exclusion criteria: prior CABG, LBBB in ECG, patient with PPM

MeasureTime frame
ST Resolution. Timepoint: 90 Min after thrombolytic therapy. Method of measurement: Serial ECG.;Angiographic Reperfusion. Timepoint: Index coronary Angiography. Method of measurement: coronary Angiography.;Heart failure. Timepoint: Every day until discharge. Method of measurement: Clinical assessment, Echocardiography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Cardiac mortality rate. Timepoint: one month & one year after admission. Method of measurement: Number of deaths due to cardiac problem divided by total number of the patients.;All cause mortality rate. Timepoint: one month & six month after admission. Method of measurement: Number of deaths due to any cause divided by total number of the patients.
