Interventions

Intervention 1: An insulin syringe will be placed at the end of the catheter immediately after embryo transfer, and 0.2 ml air will be pushed, then the catheter will be slowly taken out. Intervention

An insulin syringe will be placed at the end of the catheter immediately after embryo transfer, and 0.2 ml air will be pushed, then the catheter will be slowly taken out
In control group, no intervention will be done. To blind the study, an insulin syringe will be taken by physician and will be pretended that it is placed at the end of the catheter for pushing air.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Women undergoing IVF or ICSI treatment cycle, patients with "long or antagonist" protocol Exclusion Criteria: The patients with frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle, those with oocyte donation cycle, the women with uterine abnormality, women with submucosal and intramural myoma, Who does not have good-quality embryos

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical pregnancy. Timepoint: 4-6 weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: observing the pregnancy sac.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Implantation rate. Timepoint: 6-7 weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: number of pregnancy sacs.
