Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: birth weight <2500g, age<18days, breast-feeding, Iranian race. Exclusion criteria: congenital heart malformation, pulmonary diseases, gastrointestinal and neuromuscular disorders, NPO or TPN, respiratory distress, sepsis and blood exchange during study, maternal addiction and lack of adherence to study.

MeasureTime frame
Weight gaining. Timepoint: In the beginning of the study, 5th and 10th day after it. Method of measurement: Special scales of infants weighing (accuracy of ± 10 gr).
