Acute pyelonephritis. Acute tubulo-interstitial nephritis

Interventions

Intervention 1: Control group: ceftriaxon 80 mg/kg. Intervention 2: Active treatment: ceftriaxon 80 mg/kg + Dexamethasone 0.15 mg/kg QID for 4 days.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: fever, positive urine culture by supra pubic or catheter Exclusion criteria: Urinary tract abnormality, Renal Scaring, recent antibiotic usage
