Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: New AML case, age less than 65, no previous treatment Exclusion: Vital organ impairment, not tolerating standard regimen

Primary

MeasureTime frame
VEGF level after treatment. Timepoint: 1 day before treatment and about one month later at the time of blood elements recovery. Method of measurement: mRNA in Peripheral blood with ELISA and bone marrow aspirate with RT-PCR.;Bone marrow angiogenesis with microvessel density. Timepoint: 1 Day before and After treatment when blood elements are recovered. Method of measurement: Anti CD34 staining on bone marrow parafine block.
