Inclusion criteria: Inclusion factors: - Need to endodontic treatment in posterior teeth - Without any systemic disease Exclusion criteria: - Use of any systemic drugs - Pregnancy - Need to prophylactic use of antibiotics

Post treatment pain. Timepoint: before treatment and 4, 8, 24, 48 hours after treatment. Method of measurement: visual analogue scale (VAS) model.
