Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Chronic pain due to osteoarthritis, Knee cryptation, osteophytes and subchondral sclerosis in radiography, Normal CRP and ESR Exclusion criteria: treatment with NSAIDs, history of trauma, other rheumatologic disorders, diabetes, Hypertension, Knee replacement, immuno depressant
