Use of Hydroxy Ethyl Startch 6% solution after discontinuation of Cardiopulmonary Bypass after CABG in ICU to maintain CVP between 7 to 9 mmHg.

40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: all patients between 40 to 75 years old that undergo coronary artrey bypass graft in Rajaei Heart Center. Exclusion criteria : ejection fraction under 40%, right side heart failure, emergency patients, pump time above 180 minutes and clump time above 90 minutes, patients that needs reoperation In first 6 hours after operation because of surgical hemorrhage or other reasons, renal failure needs homodialysis and respiratory failure.

Hemodynamic statue. Timepoint: First 6 hours post operation. Method of measurement: Blood pressure measurement.

Urinary out put. Timepoint: first 48 hour. Method of measurement: Volume of urine (ml).
