Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Preterm infant that has birth weight less than 1500 gr that they are health and haven't special disease. Exclusion criteria: 1. Having mechanical ventilator 2. Congenital anomaly 3. antibiotic therapy 4. Anemia, renal failure, Gastrointestinal disorder, infection, respiratory disorder and sever moderate IVH

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Inproving of grow in low birth weight neonate. Timepoint: Continue sly until NGT were disconnect in 24 hour. Method of measurement: weight.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of nasogastric feeding complications in low birth weight neonates. Timepoint: every tow hour in 24 until nasogastric tube were disconect. Method of measurement: side effect such as septecemia NEC,IVH,pulmonary hemmorrhge.
