Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: being able to read and write, age (20-60 years old), being satisfied to participate in the study (intervention or control group), patient or one of his/her family members accessibility to the phone, computer and Internet at home. Exclusion criteria: Serious diabetic complications, anemia symptoms
