Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All people who will be diagnosed to have metabolic syndrome based on ATPIII criteria , more than 18 years old. Exclusion criteria: Presence of acute or chronic inflammatory or infectious diseases, taking anti inflammatory medications or other drugs affecting insulin resistance.
