Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Estonian speaking patients, aged between 18-64 years. Patients who are able to give consent. Patients who are diagnosed with temporomandibular osteoarthritis and who have received conservative treatment before, which has not given desireable results. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy. Severe chronic illnesses. Patients, who have received surgical TMJ intervention in the past.
