MeasureTime frame
Main Objective: To establish the efficacy of INCB054707 in Prurigo nodularis.;Secondary Objective: - To further assess the treatment effects of INCB054707. - To evaluate the safety and tolerability of INCB054707.;Primary end point(s): Proportion of participants achieving = 4-point improvement in Itch NRS score at Week 16.;Timepoint(s) of evaluation of this end point: Week 16

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary end point(s): • Proportion of participants achieving IGA-TS (IGA score of 0 or 1 with a = 2-grade improvement from baseline) at Week 16. • Time to = 4-point improvement from baseline in Itch NRS score. • The type, frequency, and severity of AEs, including the results of physical examinations, and evaluation of vital signs, ECGs, and laboratory data.;Timepoint(s) of evaluation of this end point: Week 16 and throughout the study
