Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Age = 18 years • Scheduled for nasal intubation • Proficient in spoken and written Danish Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 60 F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range 38
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Intubation to be done on awake patient • Pregnancy in fertile women (Women under the age of 50 must produce a negative hCG urine stix to participate) • Known symptomatic coronary disease (As declared by patient or noted in the patient's file) • Uncontrolled hypertension (As declared by patient or noted in the patient's file + Not taking antihypertension drugs) • Closed-angle glaucoma
