Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Burns with need for change of wound dressing. Age at least 18 years, able to provide informed consent. Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 25 F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal failure (GFR below 60 ml/min) Liver failure Liver toxicity after exposure to halogenated inhalational anaesthetics Genetic predisposition for malignant hyperthermia. Current treatment with isoniazide, gentamicine, tetracycline, colistien or amphotericine B.
