Proof of concept study: prospective, monocentric, controlled randomized study according a cross over design with 2 groups: cerebroventricular administration of A-dopamine versus optimized oral treatment in patients with Parkinson’s disease at the stage of severe motor complications related with oral L-dopa (fluctuations and dyskinesia).
