Inclusion criteria: Dysplastic hip patients with hip pain 6 month after periacetabular osteotomy with ease of pain after intraarticular injection of lidocaine. Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 10 F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) no F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neuromuscular disease Allergi to Botox, lidocaine or NaCl Bodymass index above 35 Patients who can not be expected to meet at the controls and report the effect.

Main Objective: Pain measured on VAS score scale 1,2 and 6 weeks after intraarticular injection of Botox in the painfull hipjoint.
