Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 or older 2) The person has been detected to have a germline TET 2 gene mutation (mutation carrier) , or belongs to same family (controls) 3) Written informed consent Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 6 F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range 2

Exclusion criteria: 1) Renolithiasis 2) Other drugs interacting with vitamin-C
