Inclusion criteria: inoperable pancretaic adenocarcinoma with ATM-P604S mutation Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 1 F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) no F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria: operable pancreas tumor at the screening CT

MeasureTime frame
Main Objective: Patient has inoperable pancretaic adenocarcinoma with ATM-P604S mutation. In case of alteration of ATM tumor suppressor gene, PARP inhibitors can be suitable for treatment. The aim of the treatment to shrink the tumor in order to make it removeable. ;Secondary Objective: Not applicable;Primary end point(s): disease progression or resectable tumor;Timepoint(s) of evaluation of this end point: Controll CT will be performed every 8-12 weeks to evaluate the eundpoints.
