Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years major foot and ankle surgery procedures written informed consent to participate in the suds after having understood the contents of the protocol and limitations fully for fertile women, a negative HCG-test Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 17 F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range 17
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - patients who are unable to corporate - patients that don't understand Danish or English - patients in immunosupressive treatment - patients with neuropathy in the lower limb (s) - patients with known allergies to the drugs involved - patients with daily opioid intake - patients who are pregnant - patients who are unable to meet the MRI criteria
