Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Main Objective: The main objective of the trial is to investigate the effects of desacyl ghrelin on insulin resistance;Secondary Objective: The secondary objectives are to investigate the effects of desacyl ghrelin on lipid and amino acid metabolism;Primary end point(s): Insulin sensitivity;Timepoint(s) of evaluation of this end point: Average of glucose infusions rates from time 90 to 120 minutes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary end point(s): Rate of appearance and disappearance of fatty acids and amino acids;Timepoint(s) of evaluation of this end point: Average values from time 210 to 240 minutes and 330 to 360 minutes
