Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: elective surgery with general anaesthesia in supine position age 30-65 years skin incision of at least 3 cm at the trunk ASA 1-3 signed informed consent Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 120 F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) no F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range 0
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: subjects not able to understand study procedures premedication contraindication for inhalational induction BMI > 30 and < 18,5 patients with significant cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic or renal disease patients with history of alcohol or drug abuse psychiatric disorders known allergy on ketamine or inhalative anaesthetics pregnancy
