Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Main Objective: To investigate the hypothesis that polymorphisms in e.g. HTR3A, HTR3B, SERT and COMT are of importance for pain regulation and for the efficacy of 5-HT3 antagonists;Secondary Objective: No secondary objectives;Primary end point(s): 50% reduction of maximum pain intensity;Timepoint(s) of evaluation of this end point: 2 min after injection | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
