Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men with diagnosed and untreated moderat obstruktive sleep apnea syndrom (corresponding to AHI (apnea-hypopnea index) 15-30). The men must otherwise be healthy. 18-60 years of age. Non-smokers. BMI =65 years) no F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not fulfill the inclusion criterias. Allergy for neuromuscular blocking agents.

Main Objective: How does residual neuromuscular blockage effect the acute hypoxic ventilatory response in patients with obstruktive sleep apnea syndrom before and after 3 months of continouse positive airway pressure treatment?;Secondary Objective: 1. How does residual neuromuscular blockage effect the acute hypercarbic ventilatory response in patients with obstruktive sleep apnea syndrom before and after 3 months of treatment? 2. Does temporary use of continouse positive airway pressure compared to ordinary breathing mask effect the acute hypoxic ventilatory response in patients with obstruktive sleep apnea syndrom before and after 3 months of continouse positive airway pressure treatment? 3. Is the acute hypoxic ventilatory response altered by three months of continouse positive airway pressure treatment? 4. Do patients with obstruktive sleep apnea syndrom show signs of obstructed airway at residual neuromuscular blockage when temporary use of continouse positive airway pressure compared is disconnected?;Primary end point(s): Hypoxic ventilatory response. That is the change of minute ventilation (VE) divided by the change in saturation (SpO2).
