Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Sex: Male -Age: 45-75 -COPD classified as GOLD2, with a FEV1 between 30 and 50% -In a physical condition that allows cycling -smoker or former smoker -Informed consent Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 10 F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Cardiovascular diseases -Other respiratory diseases than COPD, as well as, lung cancer -Allergy towards the study medicine -Use of beta2-agonist 48 hours prior to study days -COPD rehabilitation 3 months prior to study -Patients treated with beta-blockers
