| Main Objective: is to gain insight into the elimination kinetics of HCN in exhaled breath after controlled exposure. It is expected to be able to model the decay kinetics with a multi-compartment model. The different exponential time constants of the decay will then reflect the release of HCN from the airways, blood and tissue, for example.;Secondary Objective: is to study whether it is possible to observe an effect of the cyanide poisoning antidote (hydroxocobalamine) on the exhaled breath levels after HCN exposure and administration of the antidote. The hypothesis is that the antidote will alter the decay kinetics significantly and it will be seen in the observed data and in the fitted multi-compartment model.;Primary end point(s): The effect of hydroxocobalamine on the elimination kinetics of HCN | — |
