Inclusion criteria: -Histologically proven diagnosis of colorectal cancer -Mutation Status KRAS -No previous first line chemoterapy treatment - Written informed consent. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -More than one line of treatment -Presence of brain metastases - Patients with uncontrolled diseases(cardiac disease)
