Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range between 60-80 years, male and female Neuropsychological Testing with diagnosis of Mild Cognitive impairment – amnestic or non amnestic type (single and multiple domain). Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: major life threatening internal diseases, for example heart failure, cancer, .. major neurological diseases except MCI, for example major stroke, parkinsonism major psychiatric diseases except dementia, for example major depression

| Main Objective: Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) will be investigated with PIB PET to visualize amyloid pathology; conversion to Alzheimer´s disease within 2 years will be determined, and dependency on (coexisting) cerebral small vessel disease in cerebral MRI will be obtained. ;Secondary Objective: amyloid pathology in different MCI types; ;Primary end point(s): neuropsychological testing two years after PIB PET and determination of dementia type and MCI respectively | — |
