Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Main Objective: Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) will be investigated with PIB PET to visualize amyloid pathology; conversion to Alzheimer´s disease within 2 years will be determined, and dependency on (coexisting) cerebral small vessel disease in cerebral MRI will be obtained. ;Secondary Objective: amyloid pathology in different MCI types; ;Primary end point(s): neuropsychological testing two years after PIB PET and determination of dementia type and MCI respectively
