Inclusion criteria: - Age between 18 and 90 years - Early arthritis secured by MRI Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

MeasureTime frame
Main Objective: Diagnostic position and/or diagnostic protection in the comparison with MRI of findings;Secondary Objective: -Quantification of degeneration by means of tracer Uptake regulation -Quantification of therapy success after surgical cartilage repair (transplant).;Primary end point(s): -Early recognition of the arthritis in degenerated cartilage (in particular intra articular). -Evaluation of the target-specific enrichment of both tracers in degenerated versus native, hyalinen cartilage fabrics -quantification of the pathological changes by means of determination of the tracer uptakes cartilage fabric -Follow UP investigations concerning treatment success with cartilage transplants after surgical cartilage repair
