Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - men and women between 18-70 years old - with a opioid induced hyperalgesi - have tried conventional detoxification without success - no allergy to IMP - have to quit smoking approxiamatly 3 months before enetring trial - women have to use anticonception during study and after three months of study period ending Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - seroius disease or other clinical symtoms indication underlying disorder according to American Society of Anasetsia classification system.

Main Objective: To evaluate patients the feasability of a rapid opioid detoxification (ROD);Secondary Objective: To evaluate patients experience in Quality of life and pain after rapid opioid detoxification (ROD);Primary end point(s): EQ-5D scale, VAS scale, Sickness Impact profile, HospitalAnxiety and Depression Scale.
