Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients must be over the age of 30 with diagnosis of anterior blepharitis with CD. Patients must be able to speak fluent English. Patients must be able to give informed consent. Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged 30 or less will be excluded. Patients unable to give informed consent will be excluded Patients who cannot speak English fluently will be excluded. Patients who are on current treatment for blepharitis will be excluded.

Main Objective: Does Ivermectin reduce the count of Demodex Folliculorum found in the cylindrical dandruff associated with anterior blepharitis;Secondary Objective: Does the ivermectin treatment improves the symptoms associated with the anterior blepharitis?;Primary end point(s): The number of demodex infesting the eyelashes pre and post-treatment.
