| Main Objective: The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of long-term administration of adjunctive oxcarbazepine extended-release (OXC XR) in the treatment of seizures of partial origin in subjects with refractory epilepsy on up to three concomitant antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) in adults.;Secondary Objective: The secondary objectives are: • To evaluate the effect on seizure frequency of long-term administration of adjunctive OXC XR in the treatment of seizures of partial origin in subjects with refractory epilepsy on other AEDs; and • To monitor the pattern of dose adjustment over time.;Primary end point(s): The percentage change (PCH) in partial seizure frequency per 28 days during the Treatment Phase (excluding the 3-week Tapering) relative to the 804P301 Baseline Phase and the 804P301 Maintenance Period in the ITT population. | — |
