Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-3 patients Age > 18 years Patients of either sex (male or female) Routine hand, forearm or upper limb surgery Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) no F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Main Objective: Does concentration affect the ED50 of 0.25%, 0.375% and 0.5% bupivacaine for supraclavicular brachial plexus block?;Secondary Objective: Does concentration affect the sensory onset time of block for supraclavicular brachial plexus block?;Primary end point(s): Assessment of supraclavicular brachial block at 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 minutes. The subjects participation in trial will end 45 minutes after the brachial plexus block is sited.	—
