Conocer el efecto de Bimatoprost/Timolol sobre el flujo sanguíneo ocular (FSO)mediante ecografía doppler color de vasos retrobulbares en pacientes hipertensos oculares. La presión intraocular (PIO) constituye el principal factor de riesgo para el desarrollo del glaucoma. La asociación de glaucoma con eventos circulatorios indica que los factores vasculares juegan un papel importante en su patogénesis. Los nuevos tratamientos deberían asociar la capacidad de reducir la PIO y de mejorar el (FSO).
