Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA class I and II patients 2. Patients between the age of 6 months and 6 years with a weight between 10 and 25 kilogram. 3. Planned for a surgical procedure at Astrid Lindgrens Childrens Hospital which require generell anaesthesia 4. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to clonidine 2. Impaired development/mental handicap which makes grading of sedation impossible 3. Language diffuculties requiring information by interpreter
