Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Main Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of TachoSil application on parenchimal air leakage and to determine its effects on time to chest drain removal and duration of hospitalization.;Secondary Objective: - Lasting of air leakage (days) - Time to chest drain removal (days) - Volume of pleural fluid drained (every 24 hours and cumulative) - Hospitalization lenght (days) - Intensity of intraoperative air leakage post-treatment according to Macchiarini scale;Primary end point(s): - Intensity of post-operative air leakage espressed as area under the curve (AUC)
