Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed idiopathic Parkinson's disease with dyskinesias in spite of ongoing treatment with Duodopa. Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dementia.

Main Objective: To study the relationship between different kinds of dyskinesias and plasma levodopa levels.;Secondary Objective: To study if bradykinesia and dyskinesia can occur simultaneously.;Primary end point(s): Correlation of defined motor states (bradykinesia, dystonia, chorea) to plasma concentration levels of levodopa.
