Primary

MeasureTime frame
Main Objective: To investigate the dermal cytochrome P450 metabolism of lidocaine in human skin (At undersøge cytochrom P450 metabolismen af lidokain i huden);Secondary Objective: To evaluate if the mouse can be used as an appropriate model for future studies of dermal cytochrome P450 metabolism. (At vurdere om musen kan anvendes som modeldyr ved fremtidige dermale metabolisme studier);Primary end point(s): 2 hours expore of lidcaine ointment to the skin
