Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients (99% will be women). Undergoing surgery for breast cancer with a drain inserted into the wound cavity. Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergy to Prilokain Patientswho can´t talk or understand the Swedish language. Patient undergoing primary or secondary reconstructive surgery in conjunction with the breast surgical intervention.

Primary end point(s): Assessment of pain and the effect of adding local anaestetics into the drains when they are removed after breast cancer surgery. ;Main Objective: Is there any significant alleviation of pain when we add local anastetic into the drainage before its removal?;Secondary Objective: Are there any positive or negative consequences when we add fluid into the drainage?
