Inclusion criteria: Patients (> 18 years and fit for age) with stable psoriasis Patients (> 18 years and fit for age) with skin malignancies Normal healthy volunteers > 18 years Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of photosensitivity history of scarformation of the skin no topical treatment within two weeks before the start of the investigation no systemic treatment within 4 weeks before the start of the investigation the use of medication which may influence the severity of the psoriasis
