Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ovulatory women suffering from undesired infertility Indication for controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, using standard rFSH doses, and intrauterine insemination. First cycle with gonadothrophine stimulation Are the trial subjects under 18? no Number of subjects for this age range: F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: More than 3 previous stimulated insemination cycles

MeasureTime frame
Main Objective: To test if rFSH (Puregon) given in individual starting doses results in more patients muturing 2 or 3 follicles compared to a control group, who receive standard starting dose.;Secondary Objective: To test if fewer patients need a change in rFSH dose, after five days of stimulation, in the group that receive individual starting doses compared to the group that receive standard starting dose. ;Primary end point(s): Number of mature follicles
